Unhealed soul can bring many discomfort and dangers in your life. Whether it’s about staying in relationship with an unhealed person or being unhealed yourself, it’s going to take you through road of tears, fears, discomfort and many more.
In order to completely be in our soul, it’s essential to dive in a journey of self healing. We can start by recognizing all our fears, all the actions we take and every resistance we make. We can first start by practicing meditation, so that our focus will be improved. We should take one step at a time because hurrying will not help us in this self healing journey.
You need to feel everything, every bits and pieces of what you have been through that lead you to this place. You can start by following the given points to get access to what is stored in your body as a unhealed part.
- Sit in a comfortable place, it can be in mat, a chair or in your bed.
- Take 10 long breath, allowing your body to relax at this time. You don’t need to hurry, just be relaxed, focus on your breath, focus on your current thoughts.
- If you are scared, than continue taking deep breath, completely relax your body, you don’t need to stress.
- After you are completely relaxed, slowly close your eyes. Now as you feel that deep relaxation, take yourself down to that point of your life where you are scared, or you are abandoned by someone, or you feel something scary. Your triggers can be different.
- Now imagine, you sitting behind that version of you who is hurt or scared to let go of things. Feel everything he is feeling at that time, feel the moment where you are hurt, as it has been said “Healing happens when you actually start feeling”. Now as you have felt everything, go closer to that version of you. Share what life you are living now, what will he becomes as he grow up, share the wisdom you have now to him.
- And, tell him that it’s okay to feel the way he is feeling right now and everything is going to be fine. Hug him, and tell him that you will always care for him and stay in every situations with him and he doesn’t need to be scared.
- At this point, you might feel like crying. If you are feeling so, don’t suppress your tears, let it out. Let every feelings out of our heart and let them flow.
- Now, say him that you will always talk to him and you will be always there and say him goodbye.
- Now, take couple of deep breaths again.
- Feel everything and slowly open your eyes. Drink a glass of water.
Practice this daily and be true to yourself.
Remember, Healing is not something that can be attained overnight, it takes lot’s of patience and positivity in order to heal. You have to take that road which is the most difficult one and feel everything that is hurting you.
